You Don’t Have an Afterlife
Paste your note text below this line. You don’t have an afterlife, an afterlife has you. What I am playfully getting at is that your individual life is a product of the churning creative processes of the physical cosmos which you could call your pre-life and also your after-life. In a way your life co-exists with its pre-life and after-life “sponsoring” cosmos.
So no need to worry about the afterlife - it’s never absent. Also - would include, incidentally, all of the physical neurological processes giving rise to having a self that has memories of deceased others. No afterlife for the experiencing self, but rather an afterlife consisting of a cosmos that reverberates here and there with the actions of a multitude of creatures with and without self-models, who might ‘remember’ you in some small way.
